Il Fornaio is all about uncompromising Italian craftsmanship. The core is an organic sourdough bakery in Copenhagen, complemented by a range of products from small Italian producers.

In these images, I wanted to visually portray the feeling of authentic Italy in Copenhagen - the two essential elements upon which Il Fornaio is built.
